Rhinestone Housewife review
Rhinestone housewife product review
I was honor to have received a review package from The Rhinestone Housewife (RH). I received an exclusive Rhinestone Housewife eyeshadow, blush, and lip gloss set that was designed by Brazen Cosmetics for RH.
After 5 minutes if fighting with the box I got it opened. Packaging inside is really cute, black and red crinkle paper, the makeup set comes in a cute sheer black pouch and ties at the top so it doesn't fall all over the place. The containers itself are shrinked wrapped. Both the eyeshadow and blush come with sifters. The eyeshadow comes in a 5g container and the blush doesn't state, but it seems like a 10g jar.
*please note that I have warm beige skin tone with yellow undertones, so this color my look slight different on your skin"
Today I used the eyeshadow which is called Hottie and the blush which is named Rhinstone Housewife.

-Description taken from the website:
Hottie Eye Shadow-A beautiful and wearable pinky/coral this loose shadow features some lovely gold sparkle. Designed to be worn with Rhinestone Housewife blush and Sparkly Lady gloss it can be worn alone for a super pretty and natural look or worn with a more dramatic color for a bold night out.
My review: it's a beautiful coral color. As you can see no other color was used in the picture, but Hottie, ELF's lid primer and Milani's Eye Tech liquid eyeliner. It's a beautiful color to wear alone as well as paired with other colors. I just wanted to wear it solo so you can actually see what the color looks like.
-Description taken from website:
Rhinestone Housewife Blush-Made exclusively for The Rhinestone Housewife by Brazen Cosmetics, Rhinestone Housewife is a gorgeous petal pink with a coral shift. Featuring an unexpected soft green gold sheen this blush is a must have.
My review: The blush is absolutely gorgeous. It similar in color, but has a slightly darker hue than the eyeshadow, buts its really pretty. I personally didn't see a "green gold sheen" when I applied it but I did see more of a gold sheen than anything else (again skin color/tone makes a huge difference when applying makeup).
Overall I love the pigmentation of the colors.

Rockeresque Swatch part 2 of 9
So here is the 2nd of 9 photos I am posting of the swatches I did on Rockeresque Beauty Company loose eyeshadows. The top half has ELF's eyelid primer and the bottom half doesn't have any primer.
*** note pigments may differ on your skin***
My skin color is warm beige tone with a yellow undertone.
1) Misshapes " New York City club scene circa 2005. Misshapes is a creamy pop purple infused with hot pink. Misshapes (Miss. Shapes) is a unique color, it looks completely different from when it is in the container vs. when worn on your skin. "
http://www.rockeresque.com/product/misshapes
Review: A unique color that I absolutely love. It's a purple color with pink undertones, it's a very beautiful color and like the description says it will look different when applied on your skin especially when it's applied with a mixing medium or water.
2) Zombie Ballerina: "is a hauntingly pale ballerina slipper pink paired with crystal glitter."
http://www.rockeresque.com/product/zombie-ballerina
Review: This color is so universal, it won't disappoint you. I love to use this as a highlight on my brow bone and on the inner corner of my eyes with purple and green eye shadows. It can also be used as a blush. Color has a lot of shimmer in it.
3) Jack-o-Lantern (formerly known as Toxicity) "is a satin, tangerine orange... with a kick!"
http://www.rockeresque.com/product/toxicity
Review: As you see on my skin it kind of looks yellow because of my yellow undertone, but it's actually a bright orange. :)Oranges are my weaknesses, but this color is really pretty.
4) Fear of Sleep "is a non-dreamers twisty-soft shade of creamsicle."
http://www.rockeresque.com/product/fear-of-sleep
Review: This is such a beautiful color. I like to pair this with a green eyeshadow and also make it into a lipgloss... It has a lot of shimmer in it.

http://www.rockeresque.com/product/xoxo
