BEWARE!

Okay, so I am not one to complain about Indie companies. I normally try to resolve the problem personally instead of blasting them on Facebook because I know it gives them a bad name, but when you have a company that you have repeatedly emailed/messaged that's just plain rude. You are probably wondering who it is, right? Well they go by the name of Facebomb Cosmetics. Don't even waste your time trying to find them on FB because they have taken down their fan page, but they still have their online store (Facebomb Cosmetics) . Now I don't have a problem with turnaround times (TAT's) as long as you keep me in the loop. You know what I mean? There are quite a few people that have been complaining about this company. (I didn't do my research and just bought from them before I even knew about all the issues they had). I saw a few people complaining about not receiving orders that were place back in August and others in October. what kind of a business does that. Now don't get me wrong the colors are very pretty, but they do not have any labels to them except their logos. I would like to know what ingredients are going in to my eyes.

Here is what the top of the jar looks like:
This is what the bottom of the jar looks like:
According to the FDA all cosmetics must be labeled with their ingredients
FDA Cosmetic Labeling and Regulations

Now the packaging is fine, but when you open it (in my experience) it smelled like cigarettes. Gross!!! She should be a little more professional and not smoke (if she does or someone else does) around products that will get into people's eyes.

Like I said I don't want to bad mouth a small business, but when you have multiple complaints, then there's a problem. I am only writing this to warn you all and be careful. If you want to take your chance, by all means go for it, but please do your research first.

Here are a few trusted small business you CAN buy from (I'm sure there are more out there, I just haven't tried them myself.

Rockeresque Beauty Company
BFTE Cosmetics
Dark Hear Designs
MonEnnuiCosmetics

Hope this doesn't keep you from buying from Small Business Companies...

Language Learning Programs for Kids

So Dino Lingo is a cute "Language Learning Programs for Kids". With my kids anything animal related and can talk will get their attention. This Dino Lingo in particular is learning Japanese. Me being part Japanese, I wanted my kids to know a few words in Japanese besides what they already know (benjo=bathroom, bucha=shower, shishi=potty, hashis=chopstick, shoyu=soy sauce, and a few others). My kids loved this little clip especially my son. He loves dinosaurs. Anything dinosaur related he will stop what he is doing to watch it.
