Most of you know that I love liquid
eyeliner... A few days ago I posted a pic of my little Target haul I did
this pass weekend and one of the items I bought was the Milani Eye Tech
Extreme in Blackest Black. This eyeliner has replace my Maybelline
Stiletto liquid eyeliner. It dries pretty fast, but the best thing I
like about it is you can do a thin line and wing your eyeliner
perfectly. The tip of this eyeliner is the best and if you want a
thicker liner it is possible. Most eyeliners I have tried always give me
a thick line to begin with and Milani's Eye Tech Extreme doesn't. I
highly recommend it if you are looking for a liquid eyeliner.
